📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitoring the performance of junior staff members and providing constructive feedback and guidance.,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and performance metrics.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during operations.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software).,Ability to travel within the region as required.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
