📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and JDA for real-time tracking, inventory management, and route optimization.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and drivers.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our 3PL services and attract new clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and freight management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in logistics management or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
