📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, regulations, and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
