As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our properties, working closely with our team of property managers, financial analysts, and external auditors.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our properties, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of our properties, including preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work closely with property managers, financial analysts, and external auditors to maintain the financial health of our properties.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including owners, investors, and management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the financial stability of our properties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in the property management industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
