📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Participate in food costing and menu planning activities.,Assist in training new staff members.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Cook.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
