📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize air freight and multimodal logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and high service quality.
• Manage a team of 20-30 professionals, providing leadership and mentorship to drive performance and growth.
• Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with global partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement and compliance with international regulations.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enhance business relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight and multimodal logistics operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS CLS, or other relevant logistics certifications.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
