PT Kreasi Indah is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our premises, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors. This is a full-time position located in Indramayu, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.,Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate the situation.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to enhance the overall security of the premises.,Promote a positive and professional security environment, fostering a sense of security and confidence among employees and visitors.,Participate in security drills and training sessions to stay updated on the latest security practices and procedures.,Assist in the maintenance and repair of security equipment and facilities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a security guard or in a related security role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, including running, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy objects.,Good knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior management.,Valid ID and security clearance (if required by the company).,Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
