📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain HR records and ensure data privacy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
