PT Persada Media is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance, working with service providers as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to fleet management.
