This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel
