📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management systems.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
