📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular monitoring and assessments of air, water, and soil quality using specialized equipment such as gas detectors, dust monitors, and water analyzers.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on occupational safety and health practices.
• Investigate and report on workplace hazards, accidents, and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists, to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective gear (PPE) are properly maintained and distributed.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of employees and the environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene, with a strong background in mining and natural resources.
• Professional certification from a recognized body, such as the Indonesian Institute of Safety Professionals (IISP) or the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
• Familiarity with international safety standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to various work sites in Morowali and surrounding areas.
