Sentral Joko Digital is looking for an IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and security. This is an immediate opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly tested.,Monitor network performance and security, implementing measures to protect against threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain IT documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network security and firewalls.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
