Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
