Seed Code Mandiri is looking for a Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct audits and investigations to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation to address audit findings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.,Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
