📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, and make hiring recommendations.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
