📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and implement improvements to store processes and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
