📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient health status.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare providers and facilities.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the healthcare team.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
