As a Project Surveyor at NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI, you will be at the forefront of surveying activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of projects. You'll use state-of-the-art surveying tools and software to map out land, create detailed site plans, and support the construction teams with your expertise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and drones.
• Create accurate site plans, topographic maps, and 3D models using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Conduct boundary and title searches to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Ensure all survey work is completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and training to junior surveyors.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in surveying, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SurvCE.
• Valid surveyor certification (e.g., Professional Surveyor, Land Surveyor).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction project management principles.
