As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring orders and communicating with suppliers.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and favorable terms.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Keep accurate records of all purchases and maintain inventory levels.,Assist in developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure the company has access to the best products and services.,Provide regular reports to management on purchasing activities and supplier performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and practices.
