📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer records, including contact information, purchase history, and communication logs.,Process and track sales orders, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support the sales team's performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.,Support the sales team in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system to ensure all customer data is accurate and accessible.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
