📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them develop their skills and improve their performance.,Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and equality.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's HR strategies align with its overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Manager role or a similar position.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
