Bloom Go Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and comply with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and food quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.,Manage budgets and ensure the restaurant operates within financial constraints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
