📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive sales by promoting products and meeting sales targets.
  • Manage the cash register and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide assistance to the sales team and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and sales performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
