📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our Alfresco/Mobius platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize cloud solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud infrastructure.
• Document and share knowledge to improve processes and support continuous learning.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and immediate response to critical issues.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our cloud infrastructure support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, with a focus on AWS and Azure.
• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) and Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Alfresco/Mobius platforms, including administration, troubleshooting, and customization.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and ITIL framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
