📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement daily menu plans that highlight authentic Mediterranean flavors.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including staff training, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Mentor and develop the skills of your culinary team.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Innovate and adapt the menu to incorporate seasonal and local ingredients.
• Participate in restaurant events and special occasions, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a Mediterranean or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven track record of leading a team and driving culinary excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, including techniques and ingredients.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
