📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process end-to-end payroll using SAP and Oracle Payroll systems
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
• Manage tax deductions and compliance with local and international regulations
• Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate benefit calculations
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to the HR team
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle Payroll systems
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
