📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on health and wellness products to customers
• Educate customers on the benefits and usage of health and wellness products
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs and preferences
• Upsell complementary products to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively
• Stay updated with industry trends and new product launches to offer the latest and most relevant advice
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed
• Promote Watsons' loyalty programs and membership benefits to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or health and wellness industry
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness products, including skincare, supplements, fitness equipment, and natural remedies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Passionate about health and wellness and committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in health and wellness preferred
